"Given that there will be nearly 1,000 new jobs created at Dockyard and traffic is already near gridlock at shift changes, the federal government must fund its share of the repairs of the E&N railbed now."
Previously, Victoria's MP, Denise Savoie, has made a similar intervention in the House of Commons for mitigation of traffic on Vancouver Island and to improve access to and from Victoria via the Johnson Street Bridge.
