On the 28th of December 2011, IslandTransformations.Org sent an "open letter" to the Premier and Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, suggesting that the Australian State of Victoria had established a model governance option for the implementation of regional transportation objectives. Given the disarray and neglect of transportation infrastructure on Vancouver Island, 2012 will be this government's last option to rectify the errors of previous administrations. Within the letter will be found the Australian State's Terms of Reference for such a regional authority. Your comments are welcomed below!
