Thank you for that suggestion. While ITO did not ask that of the candidates directly, we can report that our survey of public preferences has overwhelmingly recorded a desire to use public transit rather than personal cars, IF that transit was within 6 blocks, frequent and reliable. We believe that most candidates would respond likewise; in fact, we find that many of them already use bikes!
