That is a great summary of advantages! I would add one more benefit to the community: less NOISE!! A resident of James Bay on Douglas or Dallas Rd suffers the summer racket of local buses plus tourist plus cruise ship buses for 12 hours every day! A rail connection to Ogeden Point would change all that!!
