Look at what the Portland area has accomplished in 25 years!
A good transit system is far more than buses, rails and trams. It's part of the mortar that holds that community together, and it took leadership with long term vision to launch it and keep it on track. Is that too much to ask of CRD leadership candidates? Assuming that provincial support will be there?
